What We Do
We are a national transportation recruitment firm. We specialize in helping experienced CDL-A drivers find local CDL positions in their own communities as well as helping newly licensed commercial drivers match with quality employers.

Our History
Founded in 2011, Max Recruiting has over the years matched countless drivers with excellent jobs. What drives us is the strong belief that anyone, no matter their background, should have the opportunity for a good job with a living wage. We are based out of New Hampshire but recruit for positions through out the United States.
During our early years, Max Recruiting primarily focused on recruiting experienced drivers for local positions featuring daily home. While that is still a large part of our work, we have gradually expanded to other areas in order realize our goal of helping as many people as possible get good jobs.
